Why should there be a room for chaos when you are celebrating such joyous occasions? What you need is a little preplanning and precautious about the things you should not forget on the wedding day.

  2. In case if the groom or bride has to change their wedding dress, write down the checklist for that as well.
  3. Wedding is one occasion when the bride and groom wishes to look their best and hence making the necessary arrangements for the beautician for timely touch up and changing attires are to be made on the previous day itself. See that they are accompanying the bride or groom whenever necessary.
  4. Based on the season when wedding is happening, you have to include the checklist for items required during that particular season. For example, during monsoon wedding never should you ever forget to take umbrellas and rain gears. You don’t want your bride or groom to enter the wedding venue drenched in rainwater, do you? Have a contingency plan for every weather conditions.
  5. Transportation of the bride, groom and invited guests should be arranged in prior. As the guests arrive, make sure those without a vehicle need to be assisted to the venue by arranging a car and a person who is well-acquainted with the place and guests to make the necessary arrangements.
  6. For guests arriving from distant locations, make sure a place for stay is essentially organized and also ensure that the guests are informed about their place of stay.
  7. Keep a check on the arrangements made at the venue and confirm chairs, decorations and other stage arrangements are properly set immediately after the setting is done. This will help in making necessary changes before the ceremony for the ensuring the convenience of all attending the function.
  8. Make arrange with the caterers about confirming the time when food arrangements are to be made and to ensure they know the proper location of the venue. This will help in making sure about the food being served warm and fresh.
  9. When everything is done and wedding goes as planned, what you need is a trust-worthy financial supervisor who can settle all the bills to avoid any confusion that might occur in the future.
